Unmish is a recognised name in Asian sports media, technology & investment scene whose worked in content, product, strategy & sales roles with blue chips across the Sport industry value chain – from federations (ICC, BWF), to agencies (IMG/TWI, Lagardere, DDMC Fortis), event promoters (ONE Championship, ESL India) and TV & OTT platforms (BBC, ESPN STAR Sports, Fox, News Corp.). In 2015, Unmish founded PictureBoard, a boutique advisory with Principals in Singapore, London & Mumbai that monetises premium content (Sport, Gaming & Entertainment), established & emerging technologies and institutional investments.

Les Wigan

Les Wigan is the Chief Technology and Operations Officer, Foxtel Group with responsibilities for Production Innovation, Technology, and Operations across Foxtel, FOX SPORTS and Streamotion – Kayo Sports and Binge. Les was the founding COO of Streamotion, home to Kayo Sports, the leading multi-sports streaming service, and BINGE, Australia’s fastest-growing entertainment streaming service. With accountability for driving both strategic and day-to-day management of the business across Product, Programming and Content, Key Commercial Partnerships Technology, and Subscriber Management and Data, Les was instrumental in the development, build and implementation of Kayo Sports and BINGE, ensuring successful launches of both streaming services. Previously, as Fox Sports’ Director of Digital, Technology, and Broadcast Operations, Les championed a future-focused corporate and digital strategy, including the introduction of a transformative world-first broadcasting operating model. His role spanned across broadcast and digital operations, technology, sports statistics business, and digital accountability. Prior to this Les held the role of Director of Commercial Development at News Ltd, along with a number of corporate and commercial finance roles at British Pay TV operator BSkyB.

Bhavesh Patel is currently the Chief Digital Officer at beIN Media Group based in Paris. He is working on building their next generation global OTT platform and driving innovation across the group. Prior, Bhavesh was an OTT strategy advisor for CBS Studios International and Verizon Go90, headed up Betfair’s US horserace wagering business, and led the launch of FOX Soccer 2 Go and NBA International League Pass.

Greg has over 20 years experience in China’s sports and live event industry. His areas of expertise include venue and event management, commercial & marketing strategy, government relations and During his time in China, Greg has led a team on re-opening Shanghai’s historically preserved Jiangwan Sports Center, worked with China’s first ever Winter Olympic Gold Medalist Yang Yang on developing grass roots ice sports, established various various international IP sports events and properties. Most recently, he worked for the Li Ka Shing Foundation in opening and operating the STU Sports Park and Academic House hotel, executing Mr Li’s personal vision for opening an international standard sports and entertainment venue in his home town of Shantou. Greg is currently working on building bridges between the China and the international sports community, helping build market strategies, engage local partners and align with important government policies.

Lee Choong Khay or better known as CK, is the Vice President of Sports Business for Astro Malaysia Holdings Bhd, a leading content and consumer group in Asean. CK joined Astro in 1997 and has nearly 20 years of experience in the broadcast industry. He was instrumental in developing Astro SuperSport, which has become one of the top sports channels in Malaysia and the region, as well as launching the first 24-hour sports channel in Malaysia, Astro Arena, whose comprehensive coverage has raised the profile of many Malaysian sports and athletes. Over the years, Astro has brought prime sport franchises like the FIFA World Cup, UEFA EURO, Premier League, Olympics, F1, Thomas Cup, Commonwealth Games and Asian Games to Malaysian sports fans. Following the latest trend of eSports, Astro launched a dedicated eSports channel, eGG Network on Astro TV, AOTG and Tribe in June 2016.

Anurag Dahiya

Anurag Dahiya is Chief Commercial Officer at Cricket’s global governing body, the International Cricket Council (ICC). In his role, Anurag leads ICC’s commercial strategy, and delivery of all commercial elements around global cricket. His team based in Dubai delivers a large number of global and regional cricket events throughout the world, besides managing commercial and media rights partnerships and broadcast production activities around all ICC events. Anurag has deep multi-national experience in media, in the areas of video content strategy and content operations with various organisations. Prior to ICC, he has worked at Singtel, Asia’s leading communications group, and was with Fox International (previously ESPN STAR Sports) for 15 years. His content experience spans launching sports news and cricket channels to Mandarin general entertainment. Anurag earned BE in Computer Science & Engineering from PEC and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.

Mark Parkman

As General Manager of the Olympic Channel, Mark Parkman is responsible for overseeing the content creation, technical delivery and digital platform development, as well as integrating partnerships with Olympic Rights Holding Broadcasters, sponsors, International Sports Federations (IFs), National Olympic Committees (NOCs) and organizing committees of the Olympic Games (OCOGs).¬¬ In its first year of operation, the Olympic Channel was named the Best Sport Thematic Channel by the TV Sports Awards.
Following its launch in 2016, the Olympic Channel has amassed nearly nine million followers on social media and has generated more than 2.5 billion video views across its platforms from the 19,500 pieces of video that have been created. Original productions include more than 65 series from companies representing 25 different countries, with many of the content winning awards, including the prestigious Webby and Telly Awards. Parkman also created the critically acclaimed documentary series Five Rings Films and selected legendary Hollywood producer Frank Marshall and Mandalay Sports Media to co-produce the films. Agreements have been reached with 91 international sports federations, which have resulted in the Olympic Channel live streaming more than 3500 events. A traditional television version of the Olympic Channel made its debut in 35 million homes in cable systems across the USA on July 2017 in partnership with NBC and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee. In the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), beIN HD 10 Olympic Channel was created in November 2017 and is distributed across 23 countries. The Olympic Channel extended its distribution to connected TV devices in late-2018 and early-2019 with the launch on Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV and Roku. Continuing in 2020, Olympic Channel will launch a television channel and a localized website and apps in China in partnership with CCTV.
Before joining the Olympic Channel, Mark served as the Operations Executive for Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS) and Vice-President of International Sports Broadcasting (ISB), where he oversaw the operations of the host broadcaster for the Olympic Games. He was awarded an Emmy for his work on the host broadcaster team for the Olympic Winter Games Salt Lake City 2002. Mark previously worked in marketing, public relations and international television coordination with Turner Broadcasting System and Cohn & Wolfe, where he led media efforts for the NFL, NBA, MLB, NASCAR and PGA Golf.

Elliot is responsible for the commercial growth and strategy for Grabyo business across all key and emerging markets.
With over two decades experience in the sports media and technology industry, Elliot was an early hire at Getty Images in Singapore before joining Reuters Media to manage content distribution across Asia. After spending time at Nokia Asia-Pacific Elliot then joined PERFORM Group (now DAZN Group) as Managing Director – Emerging Markets Asia driving growth across rights, video distribution and digital advertising. Elliot joined Discovery as Head of Sport in 2016 before deciding to join Grabyo in 2017.
